Joint Service Centre Completed on Time and In Budget

Regenter is proud to announce that their first construction PFI project, the Joint Service Centre in Bentilee, has been handed back to Stoke-On Trent completed on time and within budget.
The £50m centre will open its doors for the first time on Monday 5 February. Services and retails units will continue to move in over the coming weeks with an official opening scheduled for spring 2007.
Once fully operational the centre will house GP surgery, dental practise, One Stop Shop for the local authority, community centre, library, café and a small number of retail units.
The centre is the first Joint Service Centre to be completed through the PFI funding route.
The centre was constructed by J&S Seddons and they will be responsible for the upkeep of the centre for the life of the building with Pinnacle managing the day to day running.
