Pinnacle’s PFI expert to join Regenter

Regenter today announced that Jim Saunders, Managing Director of Pinnacle psg’s Community Solutions Division, is joining them as a full time secondee from October 2006.
Jim, who has been with Regenter’s sister company Pinnacle psg for the last 10 years, has enjoyed a long career within the housing sector including running housing management contracts in both Westminster and Hackney, before setting up and running Pinnacle’s neighbourhood management project in Edinburgh. During the last two years, Jim has worked closely with Regenter on a range of successful PFI deals including Canning Town, Bentilee JSC and Brockley.
Jim said: “I’m looking forward to concentrating exclusively on developing Regenter’s PFI business.”
